Tamir Poleg is passionate about changing the real estate industry one agent at a time. He brings his mission to life every day as Co-Founder and CEO of Real, a technology driven real estate company that makes agents’ lives better through innovation, revenue sharing, equity, freedom and flexibility. Prior to launching Real in 2014, Tamir founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Optimum RE Investments – a company focused on multi-family investments and operations. Earlier in his career he served in various executive sales and business development positions with high tech companies, focusing on wireless infrastructure development across multiple continents. His wide-ranging experience includes work as a construction manager, technology expert and member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and several notable real estate accreditations.

AJ Malhotra joined the Real team as a Director in December 2020. He is a Principal on the investment team at Insight Partners, a $30b+ global technology investor in New York City. He serves as a Board Member for iLobby Visitor Management, Chargebee and HqO.

AJ received a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. While in college, he ran one of the largest undergraduate investment funds in the nation.

Larry Klane is an experienced Board Member, independent director, CEO and investment firm and business leader. He currently serves on the boards of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Navient Corporation (Nasdaq: NAVI) and The Real Brokerage (TSXV: REAX). Mr. Klane previously served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Korea Exchange Bank and as a Director of Aozora Bank, publicly traded banks in Korea and Japan respectively. He also served as President of the Global Financial Services division of Capital One Financial Corporation and was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. Earlier in his career, Larry spent a decade in a variety of US and overseas consulting and strategy roles. Mr. Klane qualifies as a Qualified Financial Expert under SEC guidelines. In January 2014, he co-founded Pivot Investment Partners, a private investment firm focused on investing in a select set of high potential financial technology companies. Mr. Klane received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College. In 2007, he was nominated by the President of the United States to sit on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

Guy knows a game changing idea when he sees one. Named a Real Director in 2014, he brings in depth knowledge of the innovation market and experience working with early stage tech startups. Gamzu founded and has served as the Chairman of Cubit Investments Ltd., a privately owned investment company, since 1998 and serves as a director and chairman of a number of private technology companies. Guy is a graduate of City, University of London.

Laurence Rose is an accomplished financial services and technology entrepreneur, senior executive and director. He serves as Chairman & CEO of Tradelogiq Group Inc., and is President of private investment firm Matchpoint Financial Corp. He joined Real as a Director in June 2020. Mr. Rose spent over eleven years at global investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald where his responsibilities included executive oversight of a number of business units, joint ventures, and investments. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Rose was founder and CEO of CollectiveBid Systems Inc. which launched Canada’s first Alternative Trading System (ATS). With over twenty-five years’ experience in the capital markets and technology sectors, his professional experience also includes positions with RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Dow Jones Markets Inc. and Bridge Information Systems. Mr. Rose serves on a number of corporate and non-profit Boards.

Grateful for her 20 year journey in real estate, Vikki joined Real’s board of advisors in January, 2021 to continue her service to agents. A recognized industry leader, she previously served as chief of agent success at Side and president at eXp Realty, where she helped the company grow from 500 agents to 15,000 agents in three years. Vikki also worked as team leader and agent throughout her career with Tarbell Realtors, Disney Vacation Development and Keller Williams. She has extensive experience coaching real estate agents. Recently, Vikki and her husband embarked on a new adventure, launching Wild Bird Unlimited, a bricks-and-mortar store in Orlando.

Susanne Greenfield Sandler brings more than 15 years of corporate finance, M&A, and strategy experience and has a proven track record of scaling products, building teams, and accelerating growth both organically and inorganically. She currently serves as a strategic consultant and advisor to technology companies in the travel and fintech industries and serves on the Board of HomeToGo, an online travel marketplace offering the world's largest selection of vacation rentals. Sandler most recently served as General Manager of Apalon, a subscription mobile app business owned by the technology conglomerate IAC. Prior to Apalon Sandler was Vice President, Global Strategy at Booking Holdings, a global technology company that owns Booking.com, Kayak, Opentable, Priceline and Agoda.
